MGM F.I.T (Functional Interval Training) is a health and fitness program that gives the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost. It focuses on Group Training, using functional movements (movements of everyday activities) and time intervals. Every week the program has a different training focus including: strength, core, endurance, and body weight boot-camp. To assist you with getting the best results possible, it also includes our nutrition program, as well as cardio workouts to complete on your own. Classes are offered four days a week: morning and evening sessions. Clients choose from 1, 2, or 3 times per week. We offer personlized attention, making sure that you're using the correct weight, form, and tempo for your fitness level and goals. All exercises are easily modified based on fitness levels. This program is safe and fun for all ages. These workouts mimic daily activities allowing you to become more flexible, expolsive, agile, and powerful while building a stronger core and cardiovascular system. You'll perform body-weight and plyometric exercises; as the body adapts to the workout routine, bands, weighted medince balls, and free weights will be incorporated into the program.
